Over the past three years, GK are pleased to have partnered with Eastwood Park Training to deliver focused NHS PAM training, accredited by City & Guilds.
We have used our expertise in this field to deliver a course that gives a unique insight into PAM and the associated requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The course helps improve the understanding of the PAM data collection, analysis and return process, encompassing staff competence, the assessment and management of risk, the role of periodic audits as well as the review processes.
The course is specifically designed for estate managers, operational staff, in fact anyone responsible for PAM assessments and audits.
GK CEO, Darren Jones said, “It is great to partner with Eastwood Park training to deliver this focused NHS PAM training. We are excited to pass on our expert knowledge in this area and have been very pleased with the positive feedback we are receiving from attendees”.
As well as providing this training at Eastwood Park Training Facility, we are also able to offer this at your Trust location. For more information about the course please click here, or to speak to us about PAM and the other services we provide.
Premises Assurance Model (PAM)
What is the NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM)? NHS PAM is a management tool that provides NHS organisations with a way of measuring how well the estate is run.
Who needs to know about PAM? While targeted at estates and facilities staff, the relationship between estates and facilities and other operational areas, including clinical is critical. It is important that others are involved in completing the NHS PAM to ensure a full understanding of risks identified.
Do I have to complete it?
NHS PAM was made mandatory on 01 April 2020, as set out in the NHS Final Service Conditions report.
